Our cancellation, returns and refund policy

You can cancel your order or part of your order before the products are delivered to you and within 7 working days after you receive the products. Cancellation of your order means that you need to return the items to us.

Once we receive the cancellation of your order and the products, we will refund your payment in full and will inform you about the refund by e-mail. Please send the product back to us with the order confirmation and a note as to whether you would like a refund or a different product. Please keep the proof of posting until you received a refund or a replacement. We will refund your order as soon as possible and within 30 days of order cancellation.

In case where a product delivered to you is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you have a right for it to be exchanged or to a refund. Please inform us about it via e-mail, which should include your name, address and information about your order: when you placed it and any confirmations, if you have them. Please do not return or dispose of products that were damaged in transit; Royal Mail might want to collect them. Items that were faulty or incorrectly sent to you need to be returned to us, in case you would like us to exchange them. We will cover the cost of postage in such cases.

Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights.
